Refund Policy

In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Atharva Ayurdantham non-chemical tooth liquid, please review our refund policy below:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- A video recording of the unboxing process is essential. This video must be sent to our WhatsApp number, +91 99169 95513, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will proceed with refund request only after approval from our Quality & Control (Q&C) department.
- A 100% refund is available if the product does not match analytically and this must be confirmed by any of the laboratories approved by the Department of AYUSH, Karnataka.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method.
- In case the product is lost in transit, the company will reship the order at its own expense, but only once.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please follow the steps below if you need to return a defective or damaged product:

- If the returned product is found to be defective or damaged, we will reship the order only after approval from our Quality & Control (Q&C) department.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify the defect or damage, we will process your refund within 14 days.

- We keep a close eye on transit records and tracking. The transportation partner may be held responsible for the product if lost in transit, and the company will take appropriate action based on these records.
- Any legal issues related to malpractices and misuse of the product are subject to the jurisdiction of Shivamogga.
